MACHINICAL FABRICATION – HRT

Liquid Separation is the basic function of High Rate Thickener (HRT) which became popular in the mid 1980’s and is relatively newcomers to the sedimentation line of equipments.

We are executing components fabrication for HRT (export quality) at M/s Tenova India Private Limited’s workshop, Bangalore which is a part of the Tenova Mining and Minerals Division of Tenova S.P.A, Italy.

The major components for HRT which we are fabricating is Support Structures, Discharge Cones, Flore Plates, Tank Shells, Bridges, Rack Arms, Center Columns, Torque Cages, Lower Shafts, Drives, Feedwells, Scrapers & etc.
